2.1. Arcane Flame products, including resin-printed miniatures, are designed for decorative purposes and are not toys. They are not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
2.2. Our products are made using photopolymer resin, which may pose health risks if not handled properly.

  • Avoid direct skin contact with broken or uncured resin pieces.
  • If accidental contact occurs, wash the affected area immediately with soap and water. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.
  • Keep out of reach of pets and children.

3. Health and Safety Notice

3.1. Miniatures are fragile and may break if dropped or mishandled. Handle with care to avoid sharp edges or splinters.
3.2. Arcane Flame is not liable for injuries caused by improper handling or misuse of our products.

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1. All prices listed on our website are in £ (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as listed on our site.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. We ship to anywhere in the UK apart from Northern Ireland, and aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location.
5.2. Arcane Flame is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.

6. Damage and Returns Policy

6.1. Reporting Damages:

  • If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Notifications must include clear photographs or videos showing:
    • The damaged item from multiple angles.
    • The original packaging, including visible shipping labels and any signs of damage.

6.2. Replacements for Damaged Items:

  • We will provide a replacement if damage occurred during transit and adequate proof is provided within the required timeframe.
  • Replacement requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for approval.

6.3. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or is not to your satisfaction.

6.4. Packaging Retention:

  • Please retain all original packaging materials until your claim is processed. Failure to provide evidence of packaging damage may result in denial of the claim.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Arcane Flame is not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from the misuse of our products.
7.2. In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
